Enrol

For years 5 – 12 from 2024

°Ä²Ê¿ª½± is pleased to be introducing Years 5 & 6 from 2024.

The introduction of Year 5 in 2024, and Year 6 in 2025, will provide students with a tailored Junior School program that allows them to develop a rich sense of community and belonging underpinned by the school’s Sacred Heart charism.

Application review & interview

Applications are reviewed three years before the proposed date of entry. At this time, the Enrolments Team will contact you to request further information and documentation to support your application. Once this has been received, you will be contacted to schedule an interview date and time. Incomplete applications will not move through to the interview stage and will be placed on a wait list until all supporting documents have been provided. Please let us know if your contact details have changed before this time. Consideration is given primarily to siblings, daughters of Alumnae and students attending catholic feeder schools. Special consideration is given to boarding students.

Offers

Following an interview,  offers will be made to successful applicants. The signed acceptance of offer will need to be returned to the School before the close date with a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of $1,100 (from April 1, 2023).

Please note that offers will not be made during the interview.

For International student applications, in addition to a letter of offer, payment of a refundable
Enrolment Bond, retainable Enrolment Bond, one Semester of Tuition and Boarding Fees and Health
Cover for the period of the student’s schooling will be requested.

On receipt of payment, the School will complete a Confirmation of Enrolment Form which will enable
parents/guardians to apply for a student visa through the Department of Immigration and Citizenship
at www.immi.gov.au. A copy of the student visa must then be sent to the School.

Pre-commencement

In the year before your daughter commences, you will be contacted to confirm your daughter’s enrolment. A Confirmation of Enrolment bond of $1,500 will be payable at this time. This $1,500 bond will be reimbursed upon Year 12 graduation.

Orientation Day

Incoming Year 5 and 7 students will be invited to attend Orientation Day in the October before commencement. On the night of Orientation Day, boarding students will be welcomed for a sleepover and activities in the House. Parents will also be invited to attend a Parent Orientation Session, presented by the Principal and Leadership Team.

Years 8-12 enrolments

For enrolments outside of the Year 5 & 7 intake, please complete the  and contact our Registrar on +61 7 3369 5466. Applications on a wait list will be contacted as soon as places are available.


Enrolment cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your daughter’s enrolment at Stuartholme, please email our Registrar or telephone us on +61 7 3369 5466. Enrolment fees are not refundable. For students already attending Stuartholme, one term’s notice is required for cancellation.
